Law and Order was a TV Crime drama series created by Dick Wolf. Most of the scenes in Law and Order was filmed in New York. Law and Order:LA was obviously shot in Los Angeles. The first half of each episode starts with a police investigation and catching the criminal and the other half being about the prosecution of the defendant/criminal.
The most known Law and Order was Law and Order: SVU (Special Victims Unit) and others were Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Law and Order: Trial by Jury, and Law and Order: LA.
There has also been several Law and Order video games due to the franchise being so popular.
